Camp Pathfinder Enrollment Terms and Conditions Summer 2025

  1. Your camper’s enrollment for the 2025 season may be confirmed only with a completed enrollment and payment of a $600 us/cn deposit. Full payment of tuition, tax and tuck deposit follows. Payment options include total balance or installments, by cash, check, Interac e-Transfer ($CND), Zelle ($USD) or Mastercard / Visa.

  2. Early Bird Tuition Program: Veteran and alumni families may receive discounted tuition rates for camper enrollments where full payment of tuition, taxes and fees is received between September 10, 2024 and December 1, 2024. An Early Bird camper gift is included in this program.

  3. Early Bird Deposit Program: Open to all families, the Early Bird Deposit Program guarantees a camper’s spot for the summer when the $600 us/cn deposit is received between September 15, 2024 and December 1, 2024. The program reserves and protects your camper’s session placement against a full enrollment season. Standard Enrollment tuition rates apply and all tuition, taxes, and fees must be paid by May 1, 2025. An Early Bird camper gift is included in this program.

  4. Standard Enrollment: Open to all families, Standard Enrollment applies for deposits received between December 1, 2024 and May 1, 2025 for remaining available spaces. Standard Enrollment tuition rates apply and all tuition, taxes, and fees must be paid by May 1, 2025.

  5. Base tuition fees do not include 13% HST tax or the required Tuck Deposit for camper personal expenses. Payment options include cheque, Interac e-Transfer ($CND only), Zelle ($USD only) and Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.55% convenience fee.

  6. Payments for US and overseas campers must be made in USD funds. Payments for Canadian campers must be made in CAD funds.

  7. One-Weeker sessions are not eligible for the Early Bird or Special Deposit programs.

  8. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation, all tuition and deposit payments are refundable until January 15, 2025. Between January 15, 2025 and May 1, 2025 tuition payments are refundable less the $600 non-refundable deposit.  Tuition is non-refundable after May 1, when operating expenses are fixed for the summer. No discounts or credits can be given for late arrival or early departures. Convenience fees for credit card payment are non-refundable.

  9. Parents agree to make scheduled payments promptly. Late payments are subject to a service fee of $100 per month.

  10. Campers may extend their stay to a longer session subject to availability. A revised tuition bill will be issued, indicating the additional payment required.

  11. Camp Pathfinder offers limited bus / airport transportation services. Transportation fees are billed through your camper’s Tuck account.

  12. Camp Pathfinder is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Avoid sending expensive items, and please label all belongings.

  13. Sibling Credit – Families registering additional siblings receive $150 USD / CAD credit for each additional boy enrolled. The credit is applied to the season final statement. Family Camp and One-Weeker sessions are excluded from enrollment credit.

  14. Referral Credit – Families referring a new family that enrolls a camper receive a $150 USD / CAD credit per camper. The newly enrolled family must list the referring family in their application. Only one referral credit may be awarded for each newly enrolled camper. There is no limit to how many referral credits a referring family may receive. The credit is applied to the season final statement. Family Camp and One-Week sessions are excluded from referral credit.

  15. Camp Pathfinder assigns campers to an age group based on their age as of July 1 of the current summer session. 

  16. Parents agree to provide full information about their camper via the Camper Information Form, Camper Health Form, and/or personal communication with the Director, in advance of the camper’s arrival at Pathfinder. Camper Health forms including full disclosure of vaccination status must be received by May 1, 2025.  Campers with outstanding health information will not be permitted to arrive at Camp.​

  17. As stated in the Camper Code of Conduct, Camp Pathfinder reserves the right to assess a camper’s health, conduct, or behavior, and to revise a Camper's stay, or to dismiss a Camper early, when it is deemed essential to the interest of the child or Camp Pathfinder. No refunds shall be given in these cases.

  18. Parent permission is given herewith to use photos/video of your child for Camp archival records and promotional purposes.
