Pathfinder Scholarship Opportunities

Help get kids to camp! Apply or donate today.

Camp Pathfinder & our partners offer scholarships which provide tuition support to campers & camper families. These scholarships help boys to attend, who otherwise could not afford a Pathfinder experience in Algonquin Park.

Anyone can donate.
Scholarships are available for Canadian, US, and Indigenous campers.
Learn more about each of these programs below.

ALGONQUIN CAMPERSHIP FUND

Est. 2000

The Algonquin Campership Fund (ACF) is an alumni supported US charitable fund providing full or partial camperships to qualifying individuals or school groups needing financial help to attend a traditional Algonquin Park camp.

Since its founding the ACF has raised and awarded over $1.5 million US and maintains a strong endowment, thanks to the generosity and loyalty of Pathfinder and Northway alumni, and corporate or family charitable funds.

Amici Camping Charity & Kids-In-Camp

Pathfinder is an official partner with Amici Camping Charity and also with Kids In Camp, two excellent Canadian camp bursaries for kids whose families need assistance to pay Ontario camp tuitions. You can apply for funding or make a donation to both organizations' websites (Links below).

A number of Pathfinder families benefit from this support each camp season.

Our camp recently hosted a screening of the Pathfinder documentary “New Homeland” at Toronto’s HotDocs festival to benefit KIC’s annual fundraising appeal. Follow the link below to watch.
