2025 Health Forms

Camper health forms will be available in the CampBrain enrollment portal starting March 15th. To ensure that our medical team can provide your camper with the best care, please complete your health forms by May 1st. This gives our team ample time to review all information and get in touch if needed.

A note from Heather, Pathfinder’s Infirmary Director:

Hi! It’s Heather the nursing coordinator from the infirmary! I am looking forward to receiving your camper health form. Submitting early allows me to review the form and address any concerns you may have well before your son’s arrival to Pathfinder Island.  Please take care to provide current vaccination details because these are required to keep camp as healthy and safe as possible.  And please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to discuss anything about your child’s health!  I will look forward to hearing from you!

Transportation Plans - NEW! Camp visits on pick-up days only

Planes, buses, and parent drop-offs—oh my! However your camper is getting to Pathfinder, we need to know their transportation plans for arrival and departure days. Pathfinder offers pick-up and drop-off options in Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY, and Toronto, ON, as well as shuttles to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport. If your camper is flying in, be sure to complete the bonus transport form with their flight details.

 📅NEW for 2025: Family Visits on Pick-Up Days OnlyWe’re thrilled to invite families to visit the island on session pick up days. This is your chance to experience Pathfinder magic firsthand! Family visits will take place on:

• June 30, 2pm-4pm (All families)

• July 8, 8am-11am (One weeker families)

• July 13, 8am-11am (A-Session families)

• July 25 8am - 12pm (First Half families)

• July 26 2pm-4pm (All families)

• August 3, 8am - 11am (One weeker families)

• August 8, 8am - 11am (C-Session families)

• August 20, 8am - 12pm (Second Half/ Full Season families)

In order to prioritize our campers in their first moments on island, please note that camp will only host island visitors on the days above and not on drop-off days. 

Shopping for Pathfinder Gear

Our online Winter Candy Store has been a great success but as we get closer to the summer season, we will transition the operations to the ‘Summer Candy Store’.  After June 7, 2025 we will no longer accept online orders at our Winter Candy Store.  

But don’t worry!  

Our Summer Candy Store will open April 1st for enrolled families to pre-order gear for their campers.  Pre-orders will be waiting for your campers when they arrive for their session.  After April 1, you can log into your CampBrain account to fill out the pre-order form.

Preparing for the Camp Experience

Sending your child off to camp can be nerve-wracking—whether it’s the first time or the tenth! To help you and your camper feel prepared, we’ve put together a Camp Readiness Guide filled with tips, expectations, and insights into Pathfinder life.

We're also hosting virtual information sessions geared towards first-time Pathfinder families, as well as a special info night for Full Season AA’s and their parents as we get closer to July 1st. Zoom links coming soon!
