Camp Pathfinder’s staff are more than counselors—they are mentors, role models, and caretakers who live alongside campers, sharing every aspect of the Pathfinder experience. With a remarkable 1:2 staff-to-camper ratio, they provide individual attention, encouragement, and expert instruction in camp activities and wilderness canoe trips. Most have grown up at Pathfinder, coming through the ranks as campers and apprentices, carrying forward the traditions and values that define the camp—teamwork, service, respect for nature, and personal growth.
